2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the website and the services you ask us to provide.

Information you give us directly

• Contact form: name, email address, reason for contact, message contents.
• Fit-check funnel: business information (industry, revenue range, marketing spend range, bottleneck, timeline, your role), name, email address.
• Newsletter signup: email address.
• Discovery calls: if you book a call via our calendar provider, you submit name, email, and scheduling information directly to that provider, which then notifies us.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs: IP address, user-agent string, request path, response status, timestamp. Retained for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
• Essential cookies: session identifiers and security tokens necessary to operate the website. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not run analytics, advertising, or behavioral-tracking cookies unless and until you explicitly opt in via the cookie banner. As of the effective date above, no such cookies are loaded on this website.

3. How we use it

• To respond to messages submitted through the contact form.
• To evaluate fit and route fit-check submissions to a discovery call, an exploratory call, or an honest exit with relevant resources.
• To send newsletter content only if you have subscribed.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To meet our legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use submissions to train AI models outside of the strict scope of operating the services you requested.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate the website and process submissions. Each is bound by data-processing terms appropriate to its role.

• Make.com (Celonis SE): automation platform that receives and routes form submissions from the website. Acts as a processor under our instructions.
• Hosting provider (Vercel Inc.): serves the website and stores server logs.
• Email provider: delivers transactional and (if you have opted in) newsletter emails.
• Calendar provider: manages discovery-call scheduling. You submit information directly to the provider when booking.

We will also disclose personal information when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sales Club, our clients, or others.

5. Data retention

• Contact form submissions: 24 months from receipt.
• Fit-check submissions: 24 months from receipt.
• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
• Server logs: 90 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
• Client engagement records: for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for tax and accounting compliance.

6. International transfers

Sales Club operates from outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. If you submit personal information from those jurisdictions, it is transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards where required.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your personal information:

Sales Club’s services are intended for business operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information through the website, contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
